Terrible. New Management doesn't care or respond to customers. AVOUD AT ALL COSTS

Very rude response to say "no" to neck trim. There were 3 stylist total. 2 were ready to take 1 declined very rude way. Other location took the neck trim even they were full.

Stylist Erica messed up my hair, I told her to not cut my sides that short and told he to start my fade lower, but she insisted she knew what she was doing in a rude way. She also didn’t ask where I wanted my sideburns cutter and just chopped it completely off, she seemed angry and was very aggressive when cutting
