I checked in (in person) at 7:35 pm. waited patiently until 8:00 when they told me they could not cut my hair because they were closing at 8:00. I watched them tell someone else who tried to check-in at 7:45 that they couldn't cut his hair. The problem is that I waited over 1/2 hour and then they kicked me out. I was extremely frustrated with this procedure and service. I won't go back to that facility ever again! other locations seem great. Who in the world would do this? Management; feel free to call me with questions on how their facility is being run!

Amanda gave me a great cut. Being follicly-challenged and having only been to one barber for the last few decades, I wasn’t sure what my experience at Sport Clips would be. But the check-in process from home worked as it should. Paying was fast & easy.
